Sanctuary for the soul

We want to see students who are reflective thinkers and have emotional intelligence in their interactions with others and the world around them. 


Our workshops can cover:

  • following through activities in ‘Sanctuary for the Soul’; an original wellbeing journal
  • activities around cognitive behaviours - understanding how patterns of thoughts and feelings lead to behaviours and consequences
  • boosting self esteem and celebrating self worth
  • practicing gratitude and taking action to celebrate others
  • identifying unhelpful thought patterns and challenging negative mindsets
  • observational and mindful activities that develop stillness and awareness
  • tips and techniques on journalling and how to use reflective thinking to move forward


Impact

Students will develop the ability to self-reflect and therefore demonstrate increased self-awareness. They will understand themselves and their potential more deeply and this will positively impact their interactions with others.
