We want to see students who are reflective thinkers and have emotional intelligence in their interactions with others and the world around them.
Our workshops can cover:
- following through activities in ‘Sanctuary for the Soul’; an original wellbeing journal
- activities around cognitive behaviours - understanding how patterns of thoughts and feelings lead to behaviours and consequences
- boosting self esteem and celebrating self worth
- practicing gratitude and taking action to celebrate others
- identifying unhelpful thought patterns and challenging negative mindsets
- observational and mindful activities that develop stillness and awareness
- tips and techniques on journalling and how to use reflective thinking to move forward
Impact
Students will develop the ability to self-reflect and therefore demonstrate increased self-awareness. They will understand themselves and their potential more deeply and this will positively impact their interactions with others.
