Richard

Richard has a Theology MA and over 25 years teaching experience in secondary schools with a range of socio-economic and cultural backgrounds. He is currently an Assistant Headteacher who has led a variety of curriculum and pastoral teams. His passion is for people’s personal development and leads programmes aimed at developing the ‘whole child’. Richard has taught and led the implementation of Growth Mindset approaches for several years. He has many years of experience of church leadership, teaching and mentoring in small groups. Richard is also a freelance content and copywriter, working for schools, charities and management consultants.
