We want to see students who believe that intelligence is not fixed, but grows and that whatever they can achieve today, they can be better at tomorrow.
Our workshops can cover:
- staff training on the difference between growth and fixed mindsets
- myths and misconceptions about the theory
- how to implement in a whole school context drawing on lessons learned
- how to introduce growth mindsets to students including a baseline questionnaire
- advanced growth mindset training for implementing into teaching and learning
Impact
You will see students:
- who approach obstacles as challenges rather than barriers
- who view constructive criticism as helpful and not hurtful
- who believe success is a journey and not a destination
- who are inspired by and can celebrate the successes of others
- who see failure as part of learning and are not defeatist
