We want to see students who will bounce back from adversity, rise above failure and learn lessons that help them to overcome future setbacks.
Our workshops can cover:
- research based ‘7 C’s of resilience’
- reflecting on and identifying strengths in character
- coping strategies for anxiety
- stress reduction skills for coping with day to day challenges
- teaching skills of empathy and caring for others
- identifying core values and aspirations to inform wise decision making
- artistic expression as a therapeutic tool
Impact
Students will have the skills and motivation to face challenges. They will gain confidence in their own strengths and abilities, and have increased self esteem.
