Growing into who I'm made to be

We want to see students that have a strong sense of self, are aware that they are uniquely made and have a sense of purpose and aspiration for the future.

Our workshops can cover:

  • sharing, understanding and troubleshooting the pressures and challenges of being a teenager
  • coping with the transition to high school - peer pressure, navigating change, and taking steps to increase confidence.
  • reflective activities on identity: exploring what contributes to an understanding of self and confidence.
  • clarifying and exploring values and how they contribute to a sense of self and decision making
  • stillness and reflection - opportunities to practice pausing in order to increase self awareness and emotional intelligence
  • making wise relationship choices and understanding the purpose of support systems
  • self care and wellbeing - discovering how to look after ourselves physically, emotionally, socially and spiritually.

Impact

Students will strengthen relationships with their peers in this small group environment. They will have increased self esteem, wellbeing and self awareness and have the tools to make positive changes and choices for themselves.
